From our menus, wine list & local beer tap, to the environment in which you enjoy your meal – on the Terrace basking in the sun, or in the Eatery snuggled up beside the huge sandstone fire place – seasonal is a part of what we do.
ELEGANT – We have a classic yet modern building, with amazing views, offering a great backdrop to anything from your casual meal out to your formal event. Elizabeth is the gal coordinating day to day of TGH. She loves to see our customers .....
Schnauzer mum, self confessed food, wine and coffee snob!
Loves to get creative with latte art (she’s the one creating bunnies in your coffee at Easter!) and making sure each function has the right finishing touches.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a creative person & is always elbow deep in something crafty and beautiful. Her florals headpieces are outstanding!
This is Ben.
He is head chef extraordinaire at TGH, and all round good guy.
Ben has been on the pans since school, winning an awards throughout his apprenticeship, travelling and working in some outstanding venues.
He doesn't like to be the center of attention, but when we give him a shove out of the kitchen to say hi to his customers, he is known for receiving a standing ovation!
We're thrilled to have had him as a part of The Greenhouse team since July 2017 and cannot wait to see what comes out of his kitchen next!
